Meridian Dry Cleaners

This place is a TOTAL SCAM. The person at the desk is rude and doesnt care about anything and has a really unpleasant attitude. I have this jacket of my suit that was smelling of sweat in the armpits quite a lot, so I brought it there to dry clean. When I went back to pick it up the smell was absolutely the same and there was no trace of even the slightest good clean odor, not even in the frontal part of the jacket (that didnt smell before). So I made them clean it again and when I got it back it smelled super clean and the sweat was gone magically!!!! Of course they didnt even clean it the first time. It was clear at the beginning, but I wanted to try a second washing. I should have read the reviews before, as this place is clearly a scam, as I read from every review basically. Avoid it. P.s. all the good review are clearly fake, even a child would notice AHAHAH

Im off skiing this weekend and decided to wash my feather coat at home (Big mistake), I thought it was ruined as the feathers had balled up with no means of drying it properly! I took the coat to Meridian Dry Cleaners and the Lady provide lovely service and guaranteed I would received it before I went away! With a day to go the coat arrived in perfect condition, the feather were all fluffed up inside and I now have a lovely warm clean coat again for the cold mountains! Thank you again, you are a life saver!

I left my items Friday and had a very clear discussion with staff asking them to verify if they could guarantee return of the items by Monday afternoon. They called their supervisor and assured me this would be no problem. I showed up today and there was no sign of my garments! Ive organized these pick ups and drop offs in specific windows of my work schedule and this is the SECOND time Ive left empty handed and scrambling to buy new shirts for work. The first being due to their opening times advertised online being incorrect (a scribbled sign with new hours on the door isnt very helpful if youve already arrived, cant get in and have to leave for work before 10:00! [the current and wholly unhelpful opening time]). After pointing out that I paid for a service I did not receive, staff became defensive and refused to issue a refund. AVOID AVOID AVOID this establishment! Service: Delivery
