Absolutely awful receptionist advised me to use the e-consult form, which I went off to do, and this revealed that my condition was serious and that I need to speak to a GP urgently. When I rang back, the receptionist told me my condition is not serious and refused to book an appointment despite me explaining that I take immunosuppressants for a serious health condition. I am totally confused at what to do, left in the lurch and absolutely hate my decision to use this practice as my GP. Please avoid at all costs!!

Honestly the worst GP practice Ive experienced, Id give zero star if thats an option. I requested an appointment, was asked via texts to upload photos and given a phone appointment in 2 weeks without specific time slots. I missed the call on the day as I didnt know when the doctor would call, but I called back right after and was told the call has been rescheduled to 1 week later. Ive only registered recently and decided to move to another practice already as they are clearly incompetent to see their patients in a timely manner, and they should not take on more patients, avoid at all costs

The rude and ugly old receptionist at the Wallace Health Centre was deliberately obstructive and unhelpful.
