The staff are all very polite and I've always received a great service from this practice. The dentist I see really cares about her patients and is happy to go the extra mile to make sure they get good treatment

Really recommend. I'd been avoiding the dentist for about 10 years until I came here. Lovely, helpful, friendly staff who always take an interest and put me at ease.

The staff at this practice from the ladies on reception to the dentist. Sophie always make me feel at ease an explains what treatment needs to be done. She is a exceptional dentist. With all my treatments I never had any problems. It's well worth a visit as they do care.

AVOID owner dentist is a butcher, felt like Ive been assaulted whereas previously I never had a problem at any dentist, ever. Kept forcefully hitting me/inappropriately touching me outside of normal dentist contact (e.g. pushing my arm when unhappy something was said) and very rude. Was over 30 minutes late and rushed the session and I have been left in lots of pain due to his work. Having to pay more than twice that amount in emergency fees elsewhere to have it rectified today as they dont have dentists in on a Friday. Receptionists also rude, for example ages on personal phone calls rather than dealing with customers.

Highly recommend Creek Road Dental Practice. I was in pain and was eagerly waiting for my dental procedures. Sophie is amazing.. my treatments started in August last year and she has given the best advice and treatments keeping in mind my financial needs. Thank you :)
