Starbucks Coffee

Im a resident on the neighbourhood and this is my local Starbucks. Its always chaotic in there. The staff are always under stress due to the demand which as a result you usually dont have a friendly face. Order ahead always takes ages to be prepared. Most of the times I arrive to collect and I still have to wait. On top of it, its more expensive than other branches of Starbucks.

i always had a positive experience here in the morning but for some reason today was odd. person at the till was beyond moody and took my order wrong. when i let the barista know i ordered something else there was no sorry or eye contact and then i heard her talking to the girl on till about me. being a barista myself i know how frustrating it can be when an order is wrong as it stumps your flow but it wasn't even busy. there was one other person behind me waiting for their drink so i don't understand what the frustration and huffing and puffing was about.

Do not pay with apple pay they will overcharge you and wont give you your money back. Dont recommend this starbucks at all.
