Very expensive for a coffee shop, horrible service, waiting time 40 minutes, not very clean. Dont try to grab some food here , it will cost you a fortune

This is the worst museum/palace cafe I've seen in London (and Ive been to many). Prices are very expensive and not worth it at all. Only few variety of food and even that was finished when we arrived at cafe at ~2:30pm (only 2 croissants and couple sandwiches left) Try to avoid this place or bring your own food if you plan to spend couple hours in the observatory

Appalling food , we sat outside for 5 mins rats running around overflowing rubbish bins. Returned the food as disgusting and told staff about the rodents. They were completely indifferent. My husband has been ill for over a week since. Suggest you do not go here . Am intending to report them to Environmental Health
