Always my favourite stop to get dessert. Their lemon meringue pie it is one of my favourites. Honestly, today (23 April) it felt that they used more salt than need in the pie recipe. But the meringue was still great. Lovely to finally discover that they are dog friendly. So many times I went to buy dessert and let my dog out as I wasnt aware. A tip would be have a sign informing they are dog friendly

Used to be my favorite cafe but but is recently freezing. Its interesting how in hospitality the impression of guest can be so tainted by what seem to be simple fixes. This cafe has a habit of leaving the front door open in 5 degrees making the whole room of customers sit in jackets over their flat whites. A bizarre picture in what should be a cozy place to warm up. When you inquire about the door they say they are not allowed to close it. A no door shut policy? 4 stars for food 3 for service Zero for ambience

I recently visited Peyton and Byrne Bakeries coffee shop and found it to be an average experience. While the coffee was great and had a rich and delicious flavor, the service took an excessively long time to prepare two cups of coffee. Another issue I noticed was that the shop was not tidy , which did not leave a good impression. The seating area could have been cleaner and better organized to create a more inviting atmosphere. Additionally, I noticed that the food items on display were not properly covered. This could potentially lead to hygiene issues, and it would be beneficial if the shop could address this problem. Overall, the coffee at Peyton and Byrne Bakeries was enjoyable, but the slow service, untidy environment, and lack of proper food coverings are areas that could use improvement. With some attention to these issues, the coffee shop could elevate its overall customer experience.
