Called 5 hours before my booking to tell me that they were fully booked and hadnt bothered to update their availability when accepting my booking and taking payment.

Very happy with the quality of the service! Had a facial that felt very relaxing and left my skin very smooth. And a pedicure that three weeks later still looks perfect:) Update: Have previously rated this place 5 stars. Second time experience was worth 1 star, which makes the average rating of 3 stars. The nail lady was very chatty. I would say a bit too much chatty. It is really a bad practice to talk about other clients bad feet that sat next to me just a minute ago. The pedicure was the worst Ive ever received: nail filing left injuries on my toes which hurt and left bloody cuts, cutticles were not removed properly and shellac started peeling off the same evening, feet file was unnecesarilly paiful and too intense because I didnt have much to be scrubbed. Wouldnt risk coming back. Especially when I did not get the therapist that I originally booked.

Agree with other reviewers. I went for mani pedi, my therapist was very friendly and nice. But unfortunately it's not very neat. Can see bubbles and the edge aren't very straight. My cuticle became worse too than before :( I think she didn't hVe a good enough tool to do mani pedi. Place was a bit untidy and not that clean too, such a shame for the price I paid

I recently had various treatments@Greenwich Spa: waxing, japanese sauna, colon hydrotheraphy. Very happy with the service, location is supper convenient as I live locally and the owner is very professional. Will be returning!
