Liliana is a well trained masseuse. I perceived her as someone who really cares about her clients and their health which unfortunately is a rare finding in a big city. Before the treatment, she took time to understand my health and she recommended postponing the treatment. I felt very comfortable. I would go back again and recommend it to everyone.

Excellent experience with Lilianna at Serenity. Id booked in for a 45-minute back, shoulder & neck massage for some recent tension, but she honed in on all the niggles elsewhere in my body that Id been putting off, and made sure to spend time on those areas too. She really views any issue holistically, and understands how something like a small knot in your shoulder can cause tightness elsewhere, in the glutes or legs, and she took the time to discuss my muscle soreness before the treatment began, to assess if it was stress-induced or something else. The space was calming, comfortable, safe, and clean. The massage treatment was really relaxing and really helped. I definitely plan to return, and make this more of a regular body MOT for myself.

Had another wonderful massage with Lilianna last weekend. She goes above and beyond to create a relaxing environment - flowers, incense, music, even making sure to walk softly around the room so as not to disturb. Lilianna listened to where my pain points were and made sure to focus there - I walked out feeling refreshed and calm. Will definitely be back.

Liliana is an amazing masseuse, her presence is calming and she really cares about how to help your mind and body. The massage was amazing! The room is filled with candles and scented oils. There is peaceful music playing. I absolutely love going there, it makes me feel so good about myself afterwards.
