Riverlee Residential and Nursing Home - Sanctuary Care

Updated. Due to the lack of care they have murdered my dad. Do not send loved ones here. I couldn't choose the zero rating and was forced to give a 1 star. Unfortunately I cannot publish and share the diary of my dads deterioration, From lack of water and food to social and mental stimulation. All involved just watching him fade away making excuses that it's his illness or the care plan or families but never their staff. They all lie and confuse you to the point you no longer know which of them is being honest. They cover each others back with their deceit. Do not send loved ones here.

Thank you to everyone that looks after my Dad. This morning I visited him and was greeted by Alisha who later took the time to come to his room and say hello to him, she put a big smile on his face which was lovely to see, when she had left he said its people like her that make a difference, ( yeah but, yeah but! ) a little private joke he has with the staff! Please keep taking the time Alisha to pop into him you clearly make a difference to his day. Thank you everyone for your continued support and care xx
