All the fireplaces are so lovely and very well priced. All the staff are so welcoming and lovely, a credit to your business. Will definitely be considering getting one of your lovely fireplaces in the near future.

Having full new fire Installed competitive prices Neil knew what was needed so let him do everything great service wait and see for full update when installed fully installed and it gets a full 5 star can't beat it

Ordered and paid (3,500) for 2 Chesney log burners in mid July 20 and was told that they would be delivered early September no problem. This date came and went without any communication from them. When chased they then came up with a date in October, again this came and went with no communication. When I spoke to them again about this I was told November. Finally arrived at the end of November having lost my fitter on 2 other occasions. Their customer communication is really poor and their attitude was "you can have your money back" - not even a hint of apology. Then to top it all once they arrived I needed a can of spray paint to match the stove pipes (26) and they wouldn't even offer this FOC by way of apology for all the inconvenience. Wish I had used someone more professional.
