Greens Norton Post Office

Terrible customer service. Totally rude when you go in. They don't even speak to you or look at you. I was given a damaged note by them as change which I didn't notice until i got home. When I took it back they accused me of lying and said it didnt come from them. I didn't want an argument so didn't pursue but certainly won't shop there again and seemed very odd as any other post office would change a damaged note for you and not sure why they would have given it to me in thr first instance. Seems a very unhygienic shop too and even smells unclean in there. I'm surprised the shop is still going.

Sorry to say but found this post office very rude to me, tryed to change me 50p for using a debit card to put 30 on my gas card, when I expanded to the shop keeper its illegal to charge me for using my card,he told me to get out of his shop , and I can stuff it! I will be reporting this shop to trading standards, and the post office, as this is a service that the post office offer to its customers, avoid this shop people , money grabbers.

Find them very rude , I try not to go this post office but when I do I am reminded why I go up the road to Blakeskey which is a breath of fresh air in comparison.

Very friendly kind family run business, don't know why some of the bad reviews are on here never once felt unwelcome
