        This company has a very poor culture. It advertised for fully qualified professional Minibus drivers. Yet don't actually want them to come and work & get paid. They then advertise for VOLUNTEERS To do the same work but for FREE. Professional Minibus drivers, with full CPC, D1 Qualified & with a digital tachograph card should be able to get paid professional wages. NOT MINIMUM WAGES.

        The Ability community bus service has been a lifeline for me & for many residents in my village. We lost our regular bus service in July 2017 & with the nearest small town 4 miles away & the nearest large town 8 miles away, it has been very isolating for many of us. Then Ability began a bus service & I am overjoyed, it has given me some of my independence back. The staff in the office are so helpful & friendly as are the bus drivers, nothing is too much trouble & they are so accommodating too. I cant recommend this service highly enough, if they offer a service to your area dont hesitate register & use this service!
