Bev & Martin have offered excellent service, from initial inquiry to completion of work . My questions were answered quickly & professionally. The work carried out is a messy job, but Martin cleared up after the work and was very tidy. He was friendly & professional , which is great as work from home and was around . Had a domestic install done. Cannot fault a single part of the service. From Mark coming out to quote, Bev replying to my emails efficiently and then Martin and Richard who were very professional and tailored our install to suit us with no hassle and guided us to make a choice wed be happy with (we were fussy, thanks for your patience). I would not hesitate to recommend.

Superb level of service and installed products. I started with 3 companies for air-con installation. AAC were by far the best at looking at my circumstances, advising and explaining my options. They supplied a price for the a-c units and installation which was very competitive. Installation was carried out totally professionally and quick. Units were installed, tested, and explained. The units are extremely quiet and very effective - wonderful! I most definitely would recommend this company. Service: Install AC

Service levels in these COVID times has effected all companies as I'm sure most would have experienced in some way but we all appreciate the challenges they face. Today though I have received the best level of support and service from Ambassador Air Conditioning. Mark had saved me alot of money by quickly fault finding an issue with an AC unit. I had only called for some advice on it and literally an hour later I had a fixed unit, simple fix and all free of charge as it really was a quick fix. That customer service you can't buy but it goes a long way and this company will be the beneficiaries in the end with customer service like that. I couldn't recommend this company enough.
