This is definitely the worst run pharmacy in the country. For over a year now not a single time did they have all the repeat prescription meds in stock when prescribed. They usually take 1-2 days to order them. Its so simple. You receive the same prescription every single month. The system can be automated to order the meds before you receive the prescription. You add the patients that bring you the repeat prescription to the system. Whats the worse that could happen? Having an extra box of meds in stock thats not collected? Oh wow that must be awful. I recently met a cancer patient outside the pharmacy and he too was complaining that they delayed his cancer meds for a whole week. Luckily my condition isnt as bad but I sure can understand the inconvenience and the suffering for losing a few days of medication every single month. Its very bad when there are 4-5 staff members standing inside and ignoring the counter for more than 5 minutes. U dont expect everyone to leave the work n monitor the counter but at least leave one to attend to customers or take a look at the counter every now n then before customers leave for lack of attention. Today a lady kept asking can I please pay for my items. And not a single person even acknowledged her. And they could all hear her. She ended up walking almost behind the counter so they couldnt ignore her. Only then did they come to help her. Awful management they have zero respect for their customers. Zero care for people suffering else they wouldve made sure to have the meds in stock. I swear if u ask a monkey for a banana every day for a year I guarantee you the monkey would be handing you the banana by now.

The negative review isnt against any of the staff. The staff are always helpful and polite. Its the system. The repeat prescriptions are never available. They have to be requested for a day or two after they receive the script. Instead of making sure the meds Are in stock since they know theyre getting the script in a day or two the can preorder the meds. But for over a year every single time items arent in stock. After I decided to call before the script is signed to preempt them to order, then the phone is never picked up. This went on for around a months I thought the phone as broken or smth but they picked up yesterday and said the phones is working properly and that when herself is working she always picks up the phone so Ill try different times when needed and edit the review Another issue is that there usually are no less than 3-4 staff members working behind the counter while patients pile up waiting and nobody even bother looking at them til they start calling out. Maybe too much work load thats fair enough but someone should at least keep an eye at the tills every now n then
