        I have seen Lorna (Optician @Boots Westway cross, Greenford) today, she did my eye test and OCT scan (cost 25 to me), she explained result to me in very depth, answered all question which I have asked and she spent good time in detailing the result of my eye examination in very easy language, knowledgeable, polite, good listener, answer all question. Mr Rob who did my initial scanning, he is very polite, quite, good respect and communication skill.

        I had an appointment for today at 11:40am and got a call early morning stating that the optician was not in today, due to personal reasons. So I was ok to cancel. Then at around 12:50 got a call from the optician that she has some cancellation for 1:15pm if I could make it. So confusing. Misinformation. So won't go again.
