I dropped in to the bujutsu class at Northolt just to see what it was all about and 18 months later I haven't looked back. I found it to be a very friendly atmosphere where you learn the art of self defense without being intimidated by the more experienced/more able bodies members. A great family and friendly atmosphere. Each individual is encouraged to train to their best effort but the Sensei is always mindful of your limits. If you're well enough to turn up even on a "bad hair day", the Sensei will ensure that you have a one to one or even an individual program such that at the end of the session you feel that you have achieved something useful.

I had two brilliant years training under Sensei Tony and the team. Great for general fitness, fighting skills and confidence. If you're anywhere near the area, go and try out a class, you won't regret it! A
