        Dear cooperative shop, you have lost a customer today. I am absolutely fed up of your very dedicated employee who felt the need to bring me to justice and asked me to pay for a flash product I bought in FEBRUARY for which the card transaction apparently failed. She even very kindly offered to show me the video tape. You happen to be the closest shop to me and given your astronomical prices I would have made up for the loss but I will make sure I never EVER buy there again. She carried out a similar action about two years ago when I bought something and didnt pay for a bag. I hope you get very well deserved promotion for policing your shop so well but I am never again spending a penny in your shop. I will go to Tesco which is cheaper, also has cameras and a security man that stops you if you dont pay IN THE MOMENT.

Not all black customers steal, lady. My GP is BLACK and a lot of decent people around the Tillermans block are black decent people. I am appalled that the coop upholds these values and this lady should receive customer service training and a course in British Values.

        Reliably good produce, it is the co op! . Reasonable prices. Plenty of special offers, get a co op card. I like it. Friendly staff.
