Sam was amazing. At short notice I needed to renovate a kitchen and bathroom. He quoted a reasonable price and delivered!!! As always there are problems with renovations but we problem solved them and his contacts and knowledge were invaluable. Sam always turned up on time - and completed the work on schedule. He didnt leave any of those annoying jobs - everything was specified and completed. He did an amazing job and I was very happy. I would highly recommend smart design and Sam.
