        Operate at the very edge of legality and were officially wound up on the 8/5/2019 by reason of insolvency. The directors are thus barred from operating a similar business for a period of 5 years. Buy old dilapidated properties and renovate them outside of the planning consent and in contravention to building regulations. Have an itinerant workforce of threatening individuals who choose to work whenever they please - outside of legitimate working hours. The finished product is invariably sub standard and they do not honour their warranty obligations. They do not have a track record of successfully completed projects and there is no way to determine before engaging them whether the contract will be completed properly. Operate a fleet of vans and cars to give the impression of a successful company however their work to date would belie this.
