Went in for a beard trim and came out with around 15 different cuts on my face (no exaggeration). Barber acted as though nothing happened and didn't mention anything. To add he was rude throughout.
Went back next day to complain and ask for a refund. This is a cash only business where they write down their takings but they insisted they couldn't issue a refund without the manager. Barber displayed a bad attitude throughout this conversation and at one point just walked off. This place has terrible customer service and should be avoided!
