Edit: Also wanted to add that construction for the other buildings is carried out on Sundays and Bank holidays so you'll often wake up to the beautiful sound of drilling! We've been here for a couple months and it's not the worst place to live (close to a station, gym, concierge is convenient for deliveries). But the low rating is partly due to a number of amenities no longer being free to book without any communication with us. Also and more importantly, the impact noise insulation between floors is shockingly bad. On top of hearing every footstep, you can also hear things you wouldn't expect in a new build, like blinds being closed and a dog dropping their ball... Not throwing. Just dropping gently... The funny thing is that noise insulation between flats on the same floor is great, we haven't heard a peep from either side! Having spoken to other residents, we're not alone in this (including residents of Lyon's dock) and there are some who have yet to recieve a satisfactory response from management after raising the issue. I guess it's a bit too late for them to do anything, but we probably would have reconsidered moving here if we were aware of this issue. TLDR: you can hear impact noises from the flat above you really easily, so your experience will be a bit of a gamble and depend on the neighbours you have.

Current resident, youre paying a seriously premium price for a sub standard service Prepare to be ignored by management on serious issues, apartments that are not clean AND damaged when you move in, Ive had to have maintenance fix so many issues when I first moved in, this should be done before the resident moves in! Management will also try and charge you anyway they can, even if its not legal. If you like smoking, this is a great place, lots of people smoke out of their windows, I dont, my apartment stunk of it during summer when the windows needed to be kept open, also a lot of smoking happening in doorways, again, nothing gets done, no consideration. For the price I wouldnt recommend. Some of the cleaners, maintenance, security and reception are really nice and helpful, management arent though, if you have an issue youll have to pester them for even a response. 10/10 AVOID
