        I've only been in here a couple of times but they had all the decorating items I needed and with excellent customer service to go with it. Thanks to Ash for helping me out. This is why you support your local store rather than going to B&Q!

        Came in and asked for water based paint and was sold oil based painted. Came back to the store after realising they sold me the wrong paint and ended having to buy another tin of paint. Will not recommend asking for any expert advise from staff!

        A very well stocked shop, it's not that close to my house but the reason I bother traveling a bit further is because of the customer service. All the staff seem extremely clued up and take pride in their work. Ash saved the day after I'd stupidly painted my loft in the wrong type of paint. He even talked me through a problem I had over the phone. Alina and also another woman with a cool UFO tattoo whose name I didn't catch were also very knowledgable and keen to help. Genuinely refreshing to walk in to a shop and experience such a high level of customer service!
