Went in for a washer, asked for a 32mm, and supplied 40mm. I would expect them to be able distinguish the sizes!!! Makes you wonder how good their knowledge of their products is.

I am sorry I did not take your name this morning but you restored my faith in humanity, just as it was about to fade. Thank you for allowing me to use your phone on the one and only day I left mine at home with my keys by mistake. But I would like to thank you even more for just being you. Not sure how your products or services are but I will be coming back if I do need something. I even offered you cash for your kindness, which you refused. I can only imagine this business to be great if this is how you treated me on a day I needed help.

Great service by Mani and Ali. Called up to enquire about a product which they didn't have in-stock. They took my details, called me back to confirm availability and delivered them to me within 2hrs even though next day would have been fine. They confirmed all fine details to ensure I had the right number of clips and pipes. Was really impressed, would highly recommend. They saved me time and headache of calling around and speaking to people that have no knowledge of products.
