Took our money, sent us an invoice, promised delivery within 3 to 5 days and then nothing. We had ordered stock of the same tile from another vendor before ordering from tiles guru. At 6 pm the next day after our order we got a delivery of tiles but the courier did not have the name of either company we ordered from. He just knew it was from the warehouse of "Wallcano tiles". The timeframe was wrong for it to be from either of the 2 tiles vendors we paid so next morning we rang Tiles guru. They falsely claimed that it was their tile that came through the supplier "Wallcano tiles". When asked for proof they didn't provide any. Upon extensive investigation we found concrete evidence that Tiles Guru had not sent those tiles at all and had been lying all along. They were from the other vendor. We have independent tracking info from Wallcano tiles and the delivery company as proof. There was no further delivery from tiles guru. It has been 3 weeks since the order. Our bathroom was completed without the extra tiles we ordered. No further response to our emails and call from Tiles guru.
