        There's no nonsense with Manu. He's that rare estate agent who prides himself on skipping the BS. He works ridiculously hard, and got me the full asking price and fully checked the tenants. Manu went above and beyond what you might expect from an estate agent. Very positive letting experience with Sab Estates, who have been reliable and helpful from the start. Any issues are resolved quickly and easily by Manu and Ruby. I would definitely recommend Sab Estates to other prospective Landlords & tenants.

        Amazing agency, don't know what else to say. It wasn't easy to find a flat but the team at Sab Estate done their best to get us a flat within our budget and other criteria. Due to the really busy market, things were a bit stressing but we feel very lucky to have dealt with them ! They followed up with us frequently by calls which is much easier than emails. That says a lot about how they take care of their customers
