        I have had very good service from Ellis & Co Greenford in regards to letting my property with them over the last year. The whole process was dealt with utmost care and attention. My calls are always answered which is important to me. Recently there was a need for the tenants to contact the maintenance team and Jatin emailed me over all the details and worked through rectifying everything using their tradespersons.

        do NOT go with this agents, complete time wasters. me and my wife went for a viewing on Friday evening, put an offer in on Saturday morning. called on Tuesday morning, spoke to Bob for an update, told would be given a call back, no call has been received! I don't mind that the flat has gone to somebody else and tbh I'm glad it has done as they have been very unprofessional. Not blaming anybody for taking the property instead of us but just to ignore us isn't professional! all I have received is a text message from Zaheed at 10:45pm who told me the landlord has chosen somebody else, he also advised he would call me back on Wednesday, again still no phone call. very unprofessional and just wasted our time and efforts
