I was relieved that one engineer was able to service my boiler as well as my gas fireplaces, of which one had been disconnected. Plenty of chimney flare tests were made to double check the chimneys were drawing the fumes out well. Also the gas connections to the fireplaces were inspected and cleaned. Phoned late on a Friday afternoon, after hot water pouring down an open pipe in airing cupboard,luckily not into house, came within 1.5 hours, I was going away for weekend. Sorted out problem short term and came back as promised Monday morning. Brilliant service from a knowledgeable duo. And was able to enjoy my weekend away.

My boiler broke recently, had a quote to get it fixed and it wasnt worth it as it was too old. I called around to get the best quote and came across The Plumber services on google. Called up and they came round to give me a quote within an hour. Fast response or what! The gent came round (absolute star by the way) quoted me a really good price so I took him up on it. At first he asked for some money up front to pay for the boiler then the rest on completion (which I wasnt too comfortable with but I did it and took a risk) so glad I did because they came the next day and did a fantastic job. Such friendly people and couldnt be any more helpful if they tried!!! One week later they are still being patient and taking time out to answer my questions. After it was fitted I had a problem with my stat (which is a manufactured problem) I called up and they came straight back around to fix the issue ( with no charge)!!!! Even popped back to the house a couple of times to help me with my questions. Yesterday I even had them back to fit an extra radiator in my kitchen and yet again they did a fantastic job!! I would highly highly recommend The Plumber services to absolutely anyone! Take a chance and use The Plumber services you will not be disappointed!!!!!!

Had Ralph from The Plumber do a service. He was very polite and did a great job. Adjusted my boiler pressure and made some recommendations for next year about what parts will need changing. A1 has force highly Recommended. I use them every year and they have always been excellent.
