Bird and Lovibond dealt with my late father's estate a few years back which was all undertaken smoothly and in a timely and professional fashion. Recently I had to contact them to help me with a matter in which I needed proof of their previous services and despite it being a few years since we'd had any dealings with each other, Bird and Lovibond couldn't have been more helpful. Usha promptly pulled up my father's file and was able to send through the information I needed on headed paper via email. I rang and made enquiry regarding a legal matter, was advised to call in after 2pm today which I attended but to my dismay and shock was told by receptionist that they could not complete legal action which was a simple counter signing. I have since then found a more competent law firm that has completed my action
