The scope of this project was to do a 6m rear extension, a loft extension and an out house at the back of the house. The project was delivered to an excellent standard in just under 4 months by Roni and his team. Roni was always in touch and constantly communicating progress, issues, challenges and fixes with me, he was also extremely helpful when it came to recommending and sourcing materials/ products. I was really pleased we chose them and have now made a reliable contact for any future build needs and a friend for life. Would always recommend Roni and his team for your build projects. I hired YourOwnBuilder for conversion of my single garage into an office, TV room with an ensuite shower area and also for refurbishment of family bathroom and downstair cloak room. From Day 1 Roni and his team have been very professional in doing the work. The work was finished to a very high standard and they were happy to help with other small tasks as well. They have been very helpful and shown respect towards us and the work. They were punctual and left the place clean every evening. Even aspect of the design was discussed with me and the plan even changed once which they kindly accommodated. They have a full team of builder, electrician, plumber, tiler, carpenter, painter which obviously meant that I dont have to worry about anything except buying material on time. The work finished on time and to the promised budget. I highly recommend their team and will be hiring them again this summers to build a deck in my garden. We hired Roni to create a new internal door. Roni helped us through the initial discussions with the Building Reg, worked in consultation with them and ensured that the job is completed on time and passed the building reg. Roni's estimate was reasonable, gave couple of options, explained the differences in detail. Advised from where to source the material. What we liked was that the job was completed to high quality, and all of the people working with Roni well behaved, turned up on time and kept the place tidy. In comparison to his other projects this was quite a small job, but he still showed the same professionalism. I have already recommended Roni to my family and friends. If you want a friendly builder who will guide you through the process, is reasonable and will complete the job on time with quality then definitely do give him a call!
