I bought shoes from here previously and they fell apart within a month. I was refused a refund or even an exchange (I would have been happy with a new pair of shoes) and was told it must be how I wear them or how I walk. Yet my other shoes and replacement shoes have been fine for months now. I always bought shoes here. Never had an issue until now. Wouldnt recommend. 90% the time you will likely be okay but if you encounter an issue, they will not help you. Bad customer service and terrible owner.

Gem of a store tucked away on a corner of Greenford Broadway, the sales lady, (sorry, I forgot your name), was ever so kind and went above and beyond her call of duty to help me find the right fit, this store is great for those with really small and wide feet. The shoes I purchased are fantastic and I can walk in them all day. Thank you for polishing the shoes as well will definitely be returning...

Nice well stocked tidy shop, friendly staff. Lose a star for pricing but its near impossible for high street shops to compete with online pricing. Ill be back.

I called the store this morning 3 times and left a message to tell them I would like to return a pair of shoes. i had no response so I went into the store on my only day off. I told them I had called and was accused of lying by the man and lady behind the counter. I have attached photos from my phone to prove I had called and no answer on this thurs morning. I am a loyal customer for so many years, since I was a little girl. I had not even taken them out of the box and wanted to return. They said no. I read the policy on the cash desk that said no return or refunds on sale goods. These shoes were not sale and they still refused. They then pulled out a framed sign from somewhere to say that you cannot return shoes if you do not like them. I have a shop and I would never treat my customers this way, absolutely disgusting behaviour. I will not ever be buying my winter boots from them again like I usually do.
