its 2023 this surgery needs to change their prescription system. ive waited 3 days to book this appointment cause theyre always full and now i have to wait a day or 2 for a prescription cause theyre waiting for a doctor to sign it. waiting FOUR days to get a GP treatment. hows this normal? plus the receptionists needs to understand were not mad about them but the doctors and the people managing this system. Defending them with their life isnt gonna raise their pay. this morning i wanted to know the name of the doctor who told me my mothers prescription will be ready in 2 hours yesterday but the receptionist told me she cant share this information with me since i dont have the consent even though my mother signed the consent form last year. i told her to call my mum and give her the name but she cant speak english. she called my mum and i will not assume but the receptionist didnt look british whatsoever but she still kept asking my mum in english if she would allow her to give me the name of the doctor in english and my mum didnt understand anything. as poc yourself you should be a little more understanding when it comes to this language barrier. i dont understand why the receptionists here are so sensitive. you complain about a doctor and they take it to heart. its our right to complain about an issue. the white gentleman in the reception is literally the only person who understands the patients and actually tries to help but the women are always rude and moody for some reason. im not saying you shouldnt defend yourself but not when the patient isnt even upset with you but the doctors.

Im tired of this doctors office. They dont take things seriously, appointments never available. I have been on hold 25 minutes and apparently am Number One in line. If im number one in line why am i still on hold 25 minutes later?!

I had the pleasure of meeting with Dr. Mistry (MINT) and she was absolutely amazing. I wish she was my GP too. Caring, understanding, helpful. Unlike many many doctors in this area she actually had the best of my interest at heart and treated me with respect rarely seen nowadays. All my best to her and I only wish her ethics were more common in the NHS. zero bias as well. Very reasonable. Also the receptionist male at Mint whom I didnt get his name was also very helpful. He even communicated with my GP on my behalf to make sure their recommendations were being fulfilled by my Gp. And Ms. Isabel also was very pleasant. Thats 3 thank you cards for such a wonderful team out there. All the best

i booked an appointment with DR Saranghapani for my little brother and gave them my number to call cause the number on the system is my dads and hes a cancer patient admitted to hospital. i was waiting for hours yesterday for the doctor to call but they didnt when asked they said he did try to call three times on the number provided but nobody answered. they lied. all those times they were calling my dad who cant even talk. and when i told them this they said the doctor will try calling you again and ive been waiting ever since. very unprofessional. the receptionist are SUPER rude. they dont even let you speak especially Trisha.

I find that the doctors are great and very helpful. Nurse Joyce is very friendly and explains everything to reassure you. The reception staff are generally good , some better than others, especially the guy, who is really helpful and friendly. Customer service can be improved at the front of house , especially with some reception staff. No one wants to feel like they're another statistic who or be greeted with indifference. I've had a receptionist "book" and appointment but only to find out they hadn't entered into the system.
