Why do the receptionists try everything to block patients speaking to or seeing the GP's. Its absolutely infuriating . Waited 55mins to get through to reception today , just not good enough

I joined this surgery a couple of years ago and made a lot of visits last year due to certain health issues. The administrative and medical staff were always very accommodating, adaptable and understanding. They really helped me when I was struggling and I am glad I can post this now that I am feeling much better. Special thanks to Dr Herbert who is so friendly, a great listener and always does her best to help her patients. I cannot thank this surgery enough for all the help that they gave me last year.

I couldnt be happier and more grateful with my GP Dr Gohil. Her holistic approach, accurate diagnosis and accurate treatment has been invaluable for me and my daughter over the 19 years she has been my GP. The receptionists are always kind and ready to help. I always get appointments quickly and sometimes the same day.
