        Wish i could give less than one star to the practice and that is specially for the staff at the reception. Not at all helpful neither they have any courtesy. the have more attitude on the phone than the doctors. Hope this could be noted by some managers and send them on customer call training

        To get a appointment they use there auto telephone on hold for more than 20 min. One of the worst GP in northolt.
