At first these so-called professionals seem good with the way they work, very fast and efficient! Whilst they were starting they knocked my outside brick pebble dashed walls down which is fine, however they replaced it with a single block wall with render! They also used fairy liquid, therefore meaning the render with have white staining because of salt deposits! Which looks a mess! As they come to the end of the project, there is extra expenses that can not be accounted for. Gagan ends the conversation when questioning about the price of materials! He had also taken my old sink without permission and when we weren't looking! After he had finished, I had found out the electrical was unsafe! It had been wired how a cowboy would wire your home! He also put my boiler flue through the roof not using the correct procedure. Therefore it is now leaking and he has not come and fix the problem! He has also left the exterior of the job unfinished! Patio is incomplete! No step was built as requested! He ruined my decking and said he would wash and paint it! But to no surprise that did not happen! These builders also constantly use your toilet instead of getting a port a potty like most builders would! They also use your microwave to heat up curries which splatter and they do not clean it afterwards! They also like to walk on your carpet with shoes and say "it's dirty anyway so what is the problem"! How disrespectful is that! I only had the carpet put in 6 months before they did work for me! There is also a large 20mm gap behind my kitchen cabinet which is perfectly straight yet he didn't want to accept that the wall he built and plastered was bent! He also said he would make my neighbours side look nice with white paint, however he has not done that either! Therefore he has now caused friction between me and my neighbours! They abuse your whole garden through the process! I also discovered they urinated down the side of my outbuilding which is totally disgusting aswell as unprofessional! They also left holes in my walls, for example around my toilet waste pipe! Cold air and bugs have been getting in due to this! Not only that, I also got my bathroom renovated however within a week there was a leak which I fixed myself as I knew these cowboys weren't going to come back! They also ripped me off when buying the bathroom suite! I could have gotten the exact same stuff for 600 yet he charged me 1500 for materials! These builders like to cut corners wherever they can do if I was you I would avoid these builders at all costs! Don't make the same mistake I did! Overall spending about 35000, no receipts were given! Disrespectful all the way! He cuts off every conversation! So as I said before, if I was you l, I would avoid Bilkhu construction at all costs! If you are reading this Gagan, I suggest you change your dirty con artist ways and be more respectful towards customers who have saved to renovate their home! Being a single mother, with a disabled child! This has totally disheartened me, put extra stress on my mind! As they say, what goes around, comes around!
