Very poor services, poor cleaning and very poor communication with the management, who weren't prepared to accept our complaints about the poor quality of cleaning, very defensive, after several visits by their representative, who literally said he couldn't see anything wrong, even when we were pointing at obvious stains on the toilet seat, he still insisted, nothing was wrong, laughable! We have sent numerous photo evidence but nothing has ever been done or changed, we have requested a different cleaner, but we were told no! We terminated our contract with them, and even this was a very difficult process! Absolutely unacceptable behaviour, stay away!!!

We are honestly SO SO grateful to have found PROCARE- we would be lost without them! we are a nursery and the overnight cleans are so convenient and necessary for our hours. Claudia and her team are brilliant- thorough and so professional. we have been using them for so long now and have built a wonderful relationship with them along the way. The office team are amazing also- always calling to check in with us and if we were to every have a problem (never have) i feel they would be able to sort it quickly and professionally. the cover cleaning organising is also something to boast about too. keep up the great work!
