The Bike Shop Greenford

Lovely food, very good and quick service, clean. Comfortable setting. One of the best in Greenford. I recommend them. This cafe has served the community well from the previous two owners, one owner was there for nearly 15 years. They were the best, a husband and wife. I miss them. The previous owners left due to family illness, so they were not there for long. Now this business is in the hands of another family and they have continued this legacy of family collaboration that is admirable. Kudos. Not an easy industry, but they do it well, they care for their customers experience. Only negative, you have to pay by cash. So rare, it is unusual, but not a deal breaker.

Rude and unhelpful staff. Some day I wanted to leave the bike for service to fix some things in my bike. They wanted to fix extra things. I didn't want to so they refused to fix only what I wanted so I have resigned from the service. Another time I asked about pumping up the wheel, one of the guy agreed then another worker came out from the back office and didn't let me pump up the wheel. I don't recommend this store or service.

Staff very rude. They charge 10 just to fill air in child pram without prior notice.
