        DO NOT RECOMMEND!! We used this firm when purchasing our property. we later found issues with damp the which should have been identified on the report. Simon hands was contacted and the situation was explained. Simon finely came to the property to see foe himself. Since then there has been no communication from Simon or the team. We have sent several emails and calls however he appears to avoid us We have tried to visit office however the shutters are down and have been unable to meet face to face I purchased my property based on the recommendations of the reports that was produced by Simon him self. i am know stuck with a property with damp which the report should have identified there has been no help or support from simon hands and associate Shameful service.

        I would like to say thank you to Simon Hands and Associates for helping to convert a ground floor and basement shop into two flats in Hammersmith. They assisted in issues with planning and building regulations and project managed the job too. It was an awkward project which was very well handled by Carlo and his team. I would also mention that the builders they recommended completed the job on time and on budget. We can gladly say the project is now complete and will not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

        I employed Simon Hands & Associates to carry out a Home Buyers Report. I went ahead with the purchase as no concerns were identified. Little did I know Simon who carried out the inspection missed numerous signs of damp and patched up fixes internally and externally. Despite my best efforts to deal with the situation amicably offering reasonable and mutually agreed time frame to assess and respond. Simon Hands & Associates have not on a single occasion honoured their word with a response. To add further insult Simon has been ignoring my calls and emails. The office appears closed probably working from home as to avoid having to deal with customer face to face!! I have been messed around for months I will be dealing with the matter through other means going forward. I do not recommend Simon Hands & Associates!!!
