Service gone down ! I came here about a year ago and the two opticians that were working there before were soooo nice and catering This time I went , I took my sister as I got good service last time so I booked a contact Lense test and a eye test , the optician that saw me was busy typing away on his phone whilst checking my eyes no care in the world , I then asked to get my contact prescription checked and I said Ive been wearing coloured contacts here and there from a different company and now want to get normal regular ones but he said theres no point I was so confused and he did the same to my sister even tho she doesnt wear contacts and wanted to trial contacts they didnt even give her a test for that , rubbish service now dont go !

All the staff I spoke to were friendly. I wasn't waiting around for long at all. The optician (Haider) was happy to answer questions and was very helpful and the guy who helped me choose and order my glasses (Akram) was kind, patient and professional. I was pleased and this optician was better then the previous places i have been too. The selection of frames were good too. They found what i wanted. :)
