Alphabet House Nursery- Upton Park

Ive been with this lovely nursery since my baby just started to crawl. And I can honestly tell that I will be heartbroken when my daughter leaves and move on to reception. This nursery tremendously helped my child with everything and its almost overwhelming knowing the progress she made now. Im so grateful for the amazing support from the management, when I was going through tough time, ELAINES was there to listen and gives me advise. Even when the time Ive approached them that I am worried that my child is showing some ADHD traits, and they were on board on watching those for me and did observations with her and they reassured me that it was not the case, it looks like it was me who has issue loll, me being a parent that over things a lot. That goes to say we are the parents, but sometimes we need help from others who actually knows what they are doing - and for that I am so grateful. The amount of worries I had with my daughter when she was growing up and my concerns if shes doing well on learning or develop skills that I cant teach. FARHIN have been my sole person I can console with and its amazing that she gets it. FARHINs supports have done so much for my well being as a mom, knowing that my child is actually doing so much for her age and quite impressive that she prosper a lot on so many skills. All that was accomplished because of the help from the management and amazing staffs. I remember there was a day that when I dropped my daughter off at the nursery after keeping her for 2days with me because she was constipated, and I expressed my deep concern about the situation with one of her key worker - JULIA understood me and acknowledged my frustration. After few hours being at work and all I could think about is my daughter, if she did number 2. And long and behold amazing JULIA called and she was so exited to tell me that she did number 2!!! I cant tell you Ive never been so excited with that and I can tell JULIA was too. I was actually crying at work when she called. That alone tells you that she is family because she was worrying like me. Apologies for too much information. I cant tell you enough the hard-work of the ladies that involves a lot on my daughters learning journey. They are so focused on her personal, social, emotional skills. Her communication and language skills have been excellent and I cant appreciate enough of COURTNEY, TANIA, ANU, ANJUMAN and MAHBUBAs patience since from the start. Having the determination these girls have deserves more than special mention on this review, they should have capes, coz they are good at what they do. With the amazing FAMLY app, I couldnt be more closer to my child when Im at work. They update her progress as much as they can on the app. And it always makes me smile everytime I see her having fun learning at nursery with her friends and teachers. Every parents needs that. If youre thinking of putting your child on this nursery, dont think - do it. I hope my review will reach out to worried parents out there for their kids. Hope it helps. My two boys go to this nursery and this is one of the best nursery ever, and also Ill be bring my baby daughter here.

My daughter has been going to this nursery for around 7 months. The staff are fantastic and really helped her to settle in. The lady in charge Elaine is really nice and will accommodate any requests where she can. The nursery staff are amazing especially Ambiya. I would really like the live camera feed which would make this nursery perfect.

Had to take my son out of another nursery as he wasnt happy and so grateful to find this one. They were so compassionate and understanding. My son is so happy here and so am I. I see his development and confidence growing.

Absolutely amazing. Fantastic service, lovely staff, and great management from Elaine and Farhin. I can not fault. An environment i could only wish for my son to grow in. Thank you to the team for all that you do!
