Rude stuff a.k.a. Miss Razak doesnt give you a refund even though youre giving shoes back after one hour robbing customers of their money cant explain her policy she just keep repeating the same thing again and again thats our policy thats our policy but wont go into detail of how she come to terms with that policy, absolutely disgusting attitude towards customers Has no telephone manners whatsoever I would suggest go to a reputable customer service friendly company to buy your shoes. Dont go to shops on green street. They will rob you mug you and to be honest with you the quality is absolutely diabolical. Avoid crystals like the plague, especially the manager who acts like butter wouldnt melt a little message to you my dear with your attitude youre gonna sink really fast catching the pennies but missing the pounds typical Indian mentality!
