When in today to verify a purchase I made elsewhere. Such pleasant and helpful members from staff to management. Very lovely customer service bear in mind they knew I wasn't going to purchase anything today. But will definitely be visiting again when I need to make my next purchase. Thank you for a welcoming visit.

My mum bought a chain from here and they charged her the wrong weight. They charged her1.8g extra. We came back to the shop to ask them about it the manager and his staff were being extremely rude their behaviour was disgusting. They didnt even give us a legit in voice receipt. He was shouting at my mum saying he doesnt want to talk to her even though she was completely calm. He didnt even try to hear us out. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP they will cheat you and their receipts are not legit or professional. I have never been to such a bad practicing gold shop im so disappointed

There are all ladies staff is very uncivilised and dishonest. They dont have any morality. And also the shop owner is very dishonest. They are cheating With customer. They are lying about gold weight.

I remember as a child when my parents would go to Daata Jewellers back in the 1980s and 90s when it used to be in Walthamstow Mr Khan was always respectful and helpful towards my family and most of the ppl we knew would buy from him because he is a honest brother , Now I've grown up and it was time for me to buy a gift for my wife and I didn't even look in other Jewellers I went straight to Daata jewellers because there gold and prices are always the best , Plus it's not about money it's the service Mr Khan has provided to East London and the world.
