        Brought a shoe which suppose to atleast last me the event but the shoe strap broke the moment i entered the venue. The shoes are not even worth a single pound. On top the customer service is appalling. When i reached out to talk about this to the staff and the manager, they got extremely rude. I rather suggest everyone to shop next door as their shoes last for years not just one event !!! I wish i could give zero!!

        Never buy or order anything from this shop. They. Claim lifetime guarantee yet when you try to return anything they make stupid excuses. I bought nearly 175 of shoes and bags yet when the bag and shoes starting falling apart they did not want to know. The manager is useless and no customer care what so ever. My sandals are going black
