Please do yourself a favour and avoid this shop. The 5 star ratings are probably fake just like how fake their instagram is. They post amazing dresses and gowns created by other designers making it look like its their own work, 90% of the dresses they post is not theirs dont be fooled. I saw one of the wedding dresses they posted on instagram and decided to get it made by them. I though if theyre posting it they must be able to create the same one right? Worst decision of my life. I was charged around 9,000 for the dress and a veil which weighed about 3kg and my head couldnt even carry it. We got made 4 bridesmaids dresses aswell which were another story (350 each, probably wasnt even work 5 though). They were so bad that i thought they were literally pranking us and that the real dresses were hidden and they were gonna do a surprise. But no, they were real and they looked like they were bought from AliExpress or some cheap website. We literally couldve bought dresses from Shien for 10 and they wouldve looked 10 times better, they werent even half decent, measurements were wrong and just didnt look like anything like the dresses we wanted. Luckily we did manage to get a refund on them, but with my wedding dress we didnt. When we first went into the shop Rawnaq was so nice and confident about making the dress she said its going to be just like how you want it etc. 6 months later when it arrived it was awful it was big on me which resulted in going to tailors multiple times but even in the end it was too big on me and one of my sleeves were shorter than the other one. My veil didnt have a comb in it which meant it had to be stuck with tons of bobby pins on the wedding day which caused stress and then we had go cut it off with scissors because it was just too heavy to drag around. Its been a year since my wedding and everytime i look back at pictures it upsets me how bad my dress was, no women deserves their special day to be ruined which mine was by this shop.

Seemed lovely when receiving payment, outcome of dress wasn't great, measurements were wrong, wasn't ready on arrival to be tried on, literally pulled out of a bag. Poor communication overall with regards to a wedding outfit. Was really upsetting truth be known, wouldn't recommend as it all seemed for show.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!! READ FIRST!! BRIDES AVOID THIS SHOP!! I made the mistake of ordering my wedding dress from this shop. When making the order Rawnaq was so nice and promised that there would be no issues and if there was they would rectify them. I ordered a made to measure dress for over 2000. When my dress arrived, the bridal fitting was missed due to lack of childcare and I was at the shop with a young assistant who unfortunately did not have a clue what she was doing. When finally I was able to have a bridal fitting, they pulled the dress out of a bag. It had not even been pressed. It was completely crumpled. I was astonished a wedding dress was being presented to me like this. Rawnaq told me I would need to buy my own steamer to steam it. Hardly what you expect from a so called bridal shop. Once I tried the dress on it was completely wrong. The length and the sleeves were too long. It had beading missing. It was a completely different dress to what I was shown and had tried on. Rawnaq and Saj basically told me to take the dress to the tailor to get it fixed myself at my own cost. When I took the dress home and tried it on with heels it was far too long. Rawnaq lied to me in the shop that it would fit me with heels. They were unwilling to order me a new dress. They simply messaged their factory to say the length was wrong. They basically made a dress where the skirt was the length of my whole body. It is ridiculous that they could make such a basic error. Unfortunately, there was not enough time to fix the dress. I would have lost all the beading from the bottom. I was left with a dress I could not wear with no interest from Rawnaq and Saj. I told them that I wanted to return the dress but they would not accept this even though they had confirmed the errors they had made by text. I was so upset to be left without a dress 2 months before my wedding. I ordered a dress for my niece which I cancelled the same day. They said they could not cancel this as the factory had started the dress. This was a fast turnaround for a factory who could not send me a new dress. They offered me a refund of 75.00 not to complain further about my wedding dress. That was laughable. I did not take the refund nor did they ever contact me to say the dress was ready for collection. I had to go buy a new wedding dress and pay over the odds to have this ready for my wedding. If I had been unable to do this, Rawnaq Faris would have ruined my wedding by leaving me with a dress that could not be worn. They ruined the run up to my wedding by making it so stressful. I was not willing to allow this company to get away with ruining my dress, charging me for a dress which they did not produce and having no accountability for the stress which they caused 2 months before my wedding day. Any bride knows this is already a stressful time and to have a wedding dress which does not fit is a disaster. I paid to get a CCJ against Rawnaq and Saj and further paid to have this enforced. People like these need to be accountable for their lack of service. They should not pretend to be designers and lie to customers when they clearly have no clue what they are doing and selling dresses which are a far cry from what they are showing in the shop. From my own experience, I cannot imagine any of these positive reviews to be true. DO NOT BE FOOLED!!
