I have ordered a straightener since October 02, 2022. I sent emails to cancel my order because apparently it was a pre-order while on the site it was written Order. I send emails to ask for a refund and a cancellation of my order but since then no more answer to my emails. I find this merchant not professional and for me it's a scam because I've been waiting for 2 months for a product. I want a cancellation and a refund!
