Ive been with this surgery for the most part of my life and witnessing the changes has been heart wrenching. The reviews are very true when it comes to lack of empathy. They have a message on their phone that they do not tolerate threatening behaviour however it seems they should take guidance from their own message. Thankfully all calls are recorded therefore they cannot lie if anything was taken further. The older receptionist this morning shocked me by saying watch your words. I hadnt said a thing to her for that. Sounds slightly threatening to me. Well, despite me being attached to this surgery for years upon years ... she booked me on a telephone appointment with no other than a pharmacist rather than my usual doctor. Standards have dropped considerably. You cannot still use covid as an excuse other than for lack of doctors. Id love to give that receptionist a lesson on manners, and also a reminder to all receptionists at surgeries ... you are not doctors and cannot advise patients as to what we should do. All you have to do is book the appointment. Patients should not be spending their call time discussing why we havent gone online instead. Complete unprofessionalism from desk staff at east end surgery.

I'm trying get their telephone line for 3 days now but don't know what happend.everytime same automated Voice telling me to hold and nobobby picks up.i think I m calling them after 3/4 months, now I need an appointment but they are not picking up.i tired online as well, no body called me although I was told I would get s call within 2 days.very disappointing

Im giving 5 stars only for the new ladie at reception called zara. She has never been rude towards me, she has always looked at me with concerns.if she tells you, she will call you Back. Then she will. Also I have stood at the reception waiting, while she was on the phone, I saw her speaking to a patient very professionally. I just hope the others change there ways. Yes we are humans not robots, but you have deal with the pressure and make the patients understand. Not by being rude.
