This surgery is so unprofessional, the receptionist are never of any help always say they are fully booked and to call for emergency appointment on the day however when you call they take 15/20 minutes to answer the phone and by then they say all appointments are gone. Not to mention that they have 0 female doctors and only male doctors and have 3 physicians association who instead of helping ask us why is it that youre getting the pain? Like what doctor does that?

It was worse practice, I was went there for blood test, I am waiting from last 1 hour, I have appointment at 11:36, I reach there at 11:16 but still they canceled my appointment and said I am late, receptionist is too rude. I had never ever go again for blood test with this practice.

Dr S Sharma was very kind, attentive and thorough in her examination, she made me feel relaxed and looked after, answered all my questions. Thank you.
