Disgusting customer service. Extremely rude lady working there.There was a young boy working at the counter, she was constantly shouting at him in front of customers. I cannot imagine what this is doing to the boys confidence! The hygiene is also very poor (I've been in catering all my life)I watched one lady making a milkshake, when pouring the milkshake from the blender she used her hand to scoop the remaining contents into the glassAfter 20 minutes of waiting and watching such rude behaviour with ALL customers, I asked for a refund and left.won't be going back!

AVOID. Extremely rude staff, the lady at the counter serving has no sense of customer service and is damn right rude and miserable. Seriously need to change their attitude if they want to stay open. Food was way below average. Never again, just avoid!

Ordered Karak Chai which was really nice and ordered another two rounds after. Unfortunately from the 2nd time onwards one of the team members had alot of attitude when asking for extra milk both times after the first round which reduced the service two stars. Whilst I was waiting a group of friends wanted to share their chana chat with her friends and the same team member gave her a spoon and barked at her saying if you want anymore it's 10p extremely poor service.
