The most rubbish fiiters I have ever come across. Avoid at all costs the owner sent a drunk fitter to do the job. When complained they said you are asian so should understand you are not white person who is looking at every single corner. They Even ripped the vinyl while moving refrigerator

Good quality carpet and excellent price quoted. Carpet delivered and fitted within 72 hours. Excellent workmanship with really good tidy up after. Would also recommend for excellent customer service.

Bad attitude on the phone. Poor communication. Had me waiting over 2 hours for a estimate. When called, all i got was attitude

I had very good service from Diamond Carpets , the owner was courteous and patient as I decided upon the floor covering. He responded to my urgency to have the job done and was able to get the order of the laminate I chose and fit it within two days. The fitter came on a Saturday to fit it. The fitter was mindful of my white stair carpet, took his shoes off . He worked hard and did a brilliant job. I asked him to go around my fitted wardrobe and he did this really well. Highly recommended. I will be using Diamond again.

Mr Patel is a Gentleman who gave us a great service and affordable price for a beautiful carpet. Our full house carpet was fitted while we were on holiday out of UK and when we came back all was done with satisfaction. Diamond carpet is a REAL Diamond!!!!
