I would pay not to use this firm in future. The quality of their conveyancing work is poor at best. They never gave me copies of my searches and title deed, and they never advised me to take out buildings insurance on exchange. As a first time buyer they completely took advantage of my lack of experience and knowledge. Looking back I cant comprehend the sheer level of professional negligence. I should report you to the SRA. Tanya has a horrible attitude and is quite short/rude in her responses. She has a tendency to talk down to clients and its very uncomfortable dealing with her.
