Dr CM Patel's Surgery

Third class GP and Doctor I have every seen. Mr. C M Patel does not have sense to speak with lady patient. He even use worst language about ladies personal medical problems as well. He dont deserve to be a doctor. Never register in this GP.

Very rude staff, unhelpful and inconsiderate. Went in with my mum to register and after being spoken to the way we did, we decided to look elsewhere. Avoid this GP at all costs!!

The Lady doctor is ok, friendly and helpful. But the senior lady very rude receptionist and a bad service. She thinks we are getting the service for free and we should be happy whatever we getting from the GP. She need a proper customer service training as she behave she is still in India and we dont have anything to say. If the Owner seeing this review please improve the situation with the receptionist not sure she is your relative or not but she should need some behaviour training.

The worst service I have seen from them. The doctor herself behaves rudely with patient where I am paying thousands pounds to NHS for my health surcharge. I wanted to reschedule my appointment today and they said 'if you cant come register with other GP'. Poorest service and behaviour. Horrible GP practice. Its family run so called GP and does not care about patients at all.
